    Introduction to Contacto App (Web + Desktop):

    Empower your agents with the freedom to effortlessly manage customer interactions. With Contacto, agents can effortlessly log in through their web browsers or the Desktop app, providing a seamless experience in handling customer conversations. No matter where they are, agents can initiate and manage interactions directly, embracing the flexibility of remote work with minimal effort.

    Permissions to be granted:

    1. Microphone
    2. Notifications

    You can enable these settings in your web browser by following the instructions below:

    • Lock icon on the website - This gives the information for a website's permission settings, thus by clicking on the icon, you can enable both options.

    • Browser Settings - Navigate to Privacy and Security (chrome://settings/privacy) → Site Settings → Choose the site for both options → Click the “Allow” button.

    You can enable the same settings for your Desktop app by following the below navigation steps:

    • macOS:
      Choose Apple menu → System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Click Microphone for Contacto App
    • Windows OS:
      Select Start → Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone → Make sure Microphone access is turned on.

      CPU utilization - Intel core i5 1.6 - 2.11 GHz
      Browser - Chrome (for Contacto web browser)
    2. Network
      Bandwidth - 1 mbps
      Authorized IP/Domain - If you have a firewall, please whitelist the IP addresses listed here. If not, this is not necessary.
