  • Creating a Contacto Account
    1. Your journey with Contacto starts when you book a demo here.
    2. Our Sales Team will reach out to you to discuss your usecase and have your trial account created with your users.
    3. Our trial account has all the features and functionalities of a full-paying account. The idea behind this is to allow you the freedom to test any features of Contacto you might be interested in to help you make up your mind.
  • Reset your Password
    1. You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. Follow the steps to change/reset your password.
      • Provide your email and Click on “Continue”
      • On the next page, click on “Forgot Password”
      • It will redirect you to Reset Password where you would need to provide your registered email address and click on “Request Password Reset”
      •  You will receive an email on the provided email address.
      • You can either click on the “Reset Password” button or use the link to reset your password
      • Create a strong password for your account, and make sure you fulfill all the requirements for your password. After you provide a new password, click on “Submit”.
      • Once you have changed the password you can go back to the login page and use this new password for the login.
  • How to switch between the user profile and the admin profile?
    1. When you are on the Admin Console, you can hover over the menu item in the bottom left corner and click on "Switch to User Profile”.
    2. Similarly, the option “Switch to Admin profile” will appear when you are in the user profile.
