How do I get real-time updates on service issues or information on scheduled downtimes?

- Click on “Subscribe to Updates” present on the top right corner of the page.
- There are multiple channels via which you can receive updates for incidents:
- Email - You can provide the email address to which you would like to receive the updates.
- Phone - You can provide the phone number on which you would like to receive SMS about the updates.
- Slack - If your organization uses Slack as the team communication platform, then you can link our status page with one of your channels and receive notifications. Please follow the steps shown on the screen to complete the sync.
- Atom Feed / RSS Feed - You can syndicate your content using Atom/RSS feed and you get notified whenever an update goes up.
