- Login to https://cx.plivo.com
- Navigate to https://cx.plivo.com/settings/integrations/apps and choose New integration
- Click on the "Integrations" tab in the settings menu
- Browse available integrations and locate the Intercom option
- Connect intercom app
- Follow the authentication prompts
- Grant necessary permissions
- Verify the connection is successful
- Navigate to the agent builder page https://cx.plivo.com/agent/builder/newThis is where you'll configure your AI agent workflow
- You can create a new agent or modify an existing one
- Choose
AI Action
node and select the intercom action you want AI to use
- Available actions include: fetching conversations, sending messages, and updating conversation status etc.
- Configure action parameters as needed for your specific use case
- Connect the node to appropriate triggers and responses in your workflow
